Order Processing & Delivery Time
We are proud to offer delivery via DHL, UPS, USPS, or other trusted international couriers. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on your country or region. Please note that peak seasons (such as BFCM), public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen global disruptions may result in extended transit times.
Pre-Ordered & Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, these will be shipped as soon as they become available. In the case of mixed availability, items may be shipped separately.
If you receive only part of your order, rest assured—the remaining items will follow shortly.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or text message (if provided), including a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@chiccharm.group within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos for reference.
We recommend inspecting your item and all included components upon arrival. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or reshipment.
Address Accuracy Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. As we process orders quickly, there is only a limited window to amend address information.
