We are proud to offer delivery by DHL, UPS, USPS or other reliable couriers! Please note that on average it takes us 1 to 3 business days to complete your order before it can be shipped.
Please be assured that we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days depending on your country or region. Please take into account that any peak seasons (e.g. BFCM), holidays, natural disasters or epidemics may affect delivery times.
For Pre-Ordered or Backordered Items:
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. So if you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of them, don't worry, you'll receive the others soon.
Tracking your order:
If you have provided an email address, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package.
Tracking information is shown to take 1 to 3 business days.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please take some clear photos and contact us at support@chiccharm.group within 7 days. We will investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.
We recommend that you check the appearance of the item and all other necessary parts upon receipt of your order and contact us within 7 days if you find any problems. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist you in replacing the incorrect/defective item or resending the missing parts.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there will be a short period of time in which an incorrect shipping address can be corrected.
